CARE + SAFETY
Always trim wicks to 1/4 inch before lighting (we suggest using a wick trimmer). The first time you light your candle, let it burn for 3-4 hours to allow the melted wax to reach the edge of the container to prevent your candle from tunneling.
Candle Safety:
Follow the 2-foot rule - don't place a burning candle near clothing, books, curtains, or anything flammable. Place candle holders on a stable, heat-resistant surface that is sturdy and large enough to catch any melted wax. Keep lit candles away from drafts, ceiling fans, and any air currents. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep or if the flame gets too close to the candle holder or container. A candle should not be burned for more than four hours at a time. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 1/4 inch of wax remains in the container. Candles expire after 1 year for peak performance because we do not use any preservatives. Do not expose the candle to extreme temperature changes.
Shipping
No international shipping at this time. When a product order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by you, as long as such shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Services.
Confirmation, Cancellation, and Coupons. While it is our practice to confirm online orders via email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order nor our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service.
We reserve the right, without prior notice and at any time:
(a) to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse fulfillment of any order or to any customer;
(b) to discontinue any product or service;
(c) to bar any user from making or completing a transaction; and
(d) to limit or impose conditions on the honoring of any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, or other similar promotion.
We also may require additional information and/or verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. Partial shipment or partial cancellation of orders may occur.
Refunds + Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Please inspect your products carefully before use. Purchases made on www.MMrstyle.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 14 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition with packaging. We will replace any broken items if there are damages that occurred during shipping. Photos of broken items will be required. All claims must be reported within 30 days of shipment. We do not offer refunds for items that have been used in any way.
You may also exchange your product for another product of the same size and price within fourteen (14) days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returned items.
We offer free replacements for any incorrect items received or items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a free replacement, you must notify us of the incorrect, defective or damaged item within fourteen (14) days of delivery by sending us an email at info@MMrStyle and we will send you instructions to complete your exchange. We require photographic evidence that you received the incorrect item or that it is defective.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery Lost or stolen items Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error We do not offer refunds on orders where the tracking states it has been delivered. We do offer reshipments.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a Photo.
B. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less the return shipping fees and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10-15 business days. Please see our Return Process below.
Late or missing refunds
A. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
B. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
C. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@MMrStyle.com and we will help you sort it out.
C. Return Process
To request to return your product, please email info@MMrStyle.com and we will provide you with instructions on where to ship your product and how to complete your return.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee may also apply at our sole discretion.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We reserve the right to modify our return and exchange policies at any time.
